    The place was clean, and the staff was very welcoming; the room had convenient amenities like a mini bar, climate control, and multi-channel television, and I especially liked having a tub in the private bathroom.

    All in all everything in the hotel was perfect. The staff were very amiable and welcoming and the location was favourable in the middle of jackson. What's more, it was next to the Fortress and the city center. Appreciated central heating, television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. I had a view of mountain from my window.

    The room was spacious and updated with a nice big shower, a hairdryer, and fluffy bath towels - pretty impressive stuff! 🚿

    This hotel is fantastic for exploring Deva. the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. the location is convenient, close to everything. the room was spacious and lovely, and the staff were very helpful. the breakfast spread was impressive.

    I recently stayed at Pensiunea Heaven for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is equipped with modern and "smart" features, including PIN code access to the facility and rooms. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a variety of delicious food options served in a bright and beautiful dining area. I highly recommend this hotel!

    I recently stayed at Pensiunea Heaven for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel offers state-of-the-art facilities, with a smart entry system that uses PIN codes instead of keys. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony that offered a great view. I loved the modern amenities, such as the smart lights and digital light switch. The friendly hosts made my stay even better, and the plentiful breakfast served in a bright, light-filled room was simply delicious.

    We loved the fact that we could use a PIN code to enter the facility and our room, making it a hassle-free process. Plus, the breakfast served daily was plentiful, with the room being bright and welcoming. the perfect location meant we could walk to the city center and explore the nearby fortress with ease.

    It's a shame the TV in our room had been crookedly mounted on the wall, which was a small issue.

    Great breakfast selection, conveniently located near major attractions and city center. the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep and the room had functioning basic amenities.

    The room was not ready when we arrived and there were no mountain views as advertised. the staff was unprofessional and the Wi-Fi wasn't password protected and hence not secure.

    I loved the high-tech facilities such as digital light switches and the option to enter the hotel and my room with a PIN code. The open view from the balcony was beautiful and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was plentiful and served in a bright room with lots of natural light.

    The breakfast was excellent! , it was great to have the hotel located within walking distance to the city center and famous fortress. The digital light switch, marble floors, and smart-lock on the door were an added bonus, making the hotel very hi-tech!

    The lack of storage space in the room was a downside. the inability to draw the curtain fully closed was off-putting, since the lights from the parking lot outside kept us awake at night.

    the exclusive amenities like the Jacuzzi, massage, and full body massage were top-notch. We especially enjoyed spending time in the sun terrace and the garden area, which were both immaculately maintained. the leisure/ TV room was perfect for some relaxation after a long day of exploring the nearby city center and fortress.

    The only minor issue we had was with the back massage service. While the massage was excellent, the service was a little slow and we had to wait longer than expected.
